    We have resolved the challenges around Sproom regarding sending oioxml.

    You will experience errors in Sproom when we start sending out the documents again. These errors will be fixed by our support during the day at no charge and without further contact to you.

    We have identified an underlying technical challenge in one of our systems, which has impacted the stability of virtual servers in several instances this morning. To ensure operational reliability for all customers, we will be performing a scheduled maintenance this evening, Tuesday at 7:00 PM.

    The work is expected to cause operational disruptions between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM. This is not a general challenge that affects all of you, but as a precaution, we are implementing maintenance broadly to ensure stability.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We are up and running with Remote Desktop access via our other fiber. We still have packet loss on the TDC fiber, but much less now. TDC will update and restart our Fiber equipment tonight at 1:00 AM. So there will be an outage between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM tonight.
